SolX Technologies and EVO Energi Forge Strategic Partnership to Deliver Major Energy Savings for OWSI, a Magsaysay Subsidiary

MANILA, Philippines — In a significant move toward smarter and more sustainable energy management, SolX Technologies Inc. has facilitated its first Retail Supply Contract (RSC) with EVO Energi Inc., a newly licensed Retail Electricity Supplier (RES). This strategic partnership is set to deliver substantial energy cost savings to One Stop Warehousing Solutions, Inc. (OWSI), a subsidiary of Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics.

The partnership was formalized on March 11, 2025, following a thorough, data-driven energy re-procurement process via the SolX Digital Demand-Supply Matching (DDSM) Platform. This platform enabled OWSI to access multiple competitive market offers, ultimately selecting EVO Energi’s flexible and cost-effective proposal. OWSI will transition to EVO Energi as its new electricity supplier on March 26, 2025.
