Manila, Philippines — November 2024 – SolX Technologies, a leader in energy-efficient solutions, made a significant impact on the sustainability landscape at several major events this November. These events included GrowthCon 2024, the 49th IIEE Annual National Convention, NEDA's Stakeholder Consultation for the In-House Study on the Development of the Regulatory Sandbox Framework and Priority Plan for Key Innovation Areas, as well as Ready, Spark, Charge 2024. On November 7, Matt Levin Tan, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of SolX Technologies, played a key role in inspiring over 200 entrepreneurs at GrowthCon 2024, held at the Ascott Hotel. His presentation, which shared valuable insights on innovation and addressed the challenges faced by the company as a startup, was a highlight of the event. The day concluded with a pitch competition, allowing startups like Remotify to present their innovative solutions to a panel of industry experts and gain valuable exposure and potential investment opportunities.
Building on this momentum, on November 14, Bradley Cua, Senior Vice President of SolX Technologies, led a session at the "Ready, Spark, Charge 2024!" event held at Miriam College's Henry Sy Sr. Innovation Center, hosted by New Energy Nexus - Philippines. In this session, he explained how SolX's solutions not only help businesses comply with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (R.A. 11285), but also significantly reduce their energy consumption, paving the way for a more sustainable future.
He stated, "At SolX Technologies, we support the Philippine Energy Plan's transition to sustainable practices." His presentation motivated participants to devise innovative responses to energy challenges while inspiring hope for a more energy-efficient future.
The focus on collaboration continued on November 18 at The Linden Suites in Ortigas when Matt Levin Tan presented the company's vision at a NEDA event about Stakeholder Consultation for the In-House Study for the Development of the Regulatory Sandbox Framework and Priority Plan for Key Innovation Priority Areas. He underscored the Roadblocks to Scaling Sustainable Energy Solutions and the importance of partnerships between the government and the private sector in accelerating the adoption of renewable energy and reducing costs. From November 27 to 30, several engineers from SolX Technologies, including Judea Abigail Pabelonia-Ariola, REE, RME; Jeanuel Page, RME; Robi Andres, ECE, PMP; and Rocky Aricheta, REE, actively engaged with over 8,000 delegates and 20,000 visitors at the 49th IIEE Annual National Convention and 3E XPO 2024. Their participation, exploring the latest advancements in renewable energy and sustainability, made the audience feel connected and involved in the company's initiatives.
