Xavier School Partners with SolX Technologies on 479kWp Solar Initiative for a Sustainable Future

Manila, October 2024 – SolX Technologies continues its successful partnership with Xavier School to advance its rooftop solar PV initiative across two campuses: Xavier School - Nuvali in Calamba, Laguna, and Xavier School - San Juan. Under the leadership of former President Fr. Aristotle Dy, SJ, the project is 80% complete at San Juan and fully operational at Nuvali. With guidance from Fr. Joseph "Jhaw" Y. Haw, SJ, Ed.D., the school is making strong progress toward its sustainability goals.

As part of the 36-month contract, SolX Technologies provides Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) services and has secured a new energy supply contract under the GEOP framework, ensuring optimized energy generation and long-term savings. To date, the partnership has already delivered over 3 million pesos in electricity savings.

The campuses will generate 479kWp, contributing to Xavier School’s energy savings and sustainability goals. Launched in September 2023, the initiative underscores the school’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.

  • Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED)
  • Project Management
  • EPC Sourcing (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
  • Operations and Maintenance
  • Cost and Savings Projections

Leading the project are Robi Andres, ECE, PMP, Jeanuel Paje, RMEe, and Richard Julio, RMEe, ensuring seamless integration of rooftop solar PV solutions across both campuses.

Building on the success of the initial phase, Xavier School has extended its partnership with SolX Technologies until 2027, further cementing its dedication to advancing sustainability through renewable energy.
